1. Acceptance of Terms

3. Account Registration

You must use your real identity and legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification documents. The use of false names, aliases, or fictitious information is strictly prohibited.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login information with any third party, and you must immediately notify eem777 if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. eem777 is not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized use of your account due to your failure to maintain adequate security.

3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

eem777 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to comply with Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations. Required documents may include a government-issued photo ID, proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within the last 90 days), and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documents within 14 days may result in account suspension and withdrawal restrictions.

3.4 Account Information Updates

You are responsible for keeping your account information current and accurate. If your email address, phone number, or residential address changes, you must update your account settings immediately. eem777 is not responsible for failed communications or missed notifications due to outdated contact information.

4. Deposits and Payments

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

eem777 accepts deposits via the following payment methods: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), bank transfers from Philippine banks (BPI, BDO, UnionBank, Metrobank, and others), 7-Eleven cash deposits, cryptocurrency (USDT TRC20), and Coins.ph. The availability of payment methods may vary based on your location and account status.

4.2 Deposit Limits

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 (One Hundred Philippine Pesos). There is no maximum deposit limit unless otherwise specified for your account tier. You may set personal deposit limits through your account settings as part of our Responsible Gaming tools.

4.3 Deposit Processing Time

Most deposits are processed instantly and credited to your account balance within seconds. Bank transfers may take 1-2 business hours during banking hours. eem777 does not charge deposit fees, but your payment provider or bank may impose transaction fees beyond our control.

4.4 Source of Funds

Funds suspected of being derived from money laundering, fraud, or other illegal activity will be frozen and reported to the appropriate authorities.

5. Withdrawals

5.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

To request a withdrawal, you must have completed identity verification (KYC), wagered deposited funds at least once, and met any applicable bonus wagering requirements. Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.

5.2 Withdrawal Processing Time

eem777 processes most withdrawal requests within 15-30 minutes during peak hours (8 AM – 2 AM Philippine Standard Time) and 1-2 hours outside peak hours. GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically instant once approved. Bank transfers may take 1-3 business days depending on the receiving bank. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are processed within 24 hours.

5.3 Withdrawal Limits

The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200 (Two Hundred Philippine Pesos). Maximum withdrawal limits vary by account tier and payment method. Standard accounts may withdraw up to ₱500,000 per transaction and ₱2,000,000 per month. VIP accounts have higher limits as outlined in the VIP Terms.

5.4 Withdrawal Fees

eem777 does not charge withdrawal fees for the first three withdrawals per month. Subsequent withdrawals within the same month incur a 2% processing fee, capped at ₱500. Your payment provider or bank may charge additional fees beyond eem777's control.

5.5 Verification and Compliance

eem777 reserves the right to delay or deny withdrawal requests pending identity verification, compliance reviews, or investigation of suspected Terms violations. We may require additional documentation or conduct video verification calls before releasing funds. Deliberately providing false information or attempting to circumvent verification procedures will result in account closure and forfeiture of funds.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 Bonus Eligibility

Bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions as outlined on the Promotions page and in promotional communications. Not all players are eligible for all bonuses. eem777 reserves the right to exclude players from promotions at its sole discretion.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. The standard wagering requirement is 35x the bonus amount. For example, a ₱1,000 bonus requires ₱35,000 in total wagers before the bonus and associated winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements must be completed within 30 days of bonus activation, or the bonus and winnings will be forfeited.

6.3 Game Weighting

Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots contribute 100%, table games (blackjack, roulette, baccarat) contribute 10%, and video poker contributes 5%. Live dealer games may have different contribution rates as specified in the bonus terms.

6.4 Bonus Abuse

Detected bonus abuse will result in immediate forfeiture of bonuses and winnings, account closure, and potential legal action.

6.5 Bonus Cancellation

You may cancel an active bonus at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, the bonus and any associated winnings derived from the bonus will be removed from your account, but your deposited funds will remain available for withdrawal (subject to the standard 1x wagering requirement).

7. Gameplay Rules and Fair Play

7.1 Fair and Honest Gameplay

You agree to play fairly and in accordance with the rules of each game. 7.2 Software Integrity

You must not use any software, bots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with the Service or to gain an unfair advantage. The use of third-party software to manipulate game outcomes, automate betting, or circumvent platform restrictions is strictly prohibited and constitutes fraud.

7.3 Disconnections and Technical Errors

In the event of a game disconnection or technical error, eem777 will attempt to restore your session and preserve your game state. If restoration is not possible, the outcome of the game round will be determined by the game provider's server-side logs. If a technical error results in an incorrect payout, eem777 reserves the right to void the affected game round and correct your balance accordingly.

7.4 Voided Bets and Game Rounds

eem777 reserves the right to void bets or game rounds in cases of technical malfunction, human error, obvious pricing mistakes, or suspected fraud. Voided bets will be refunded to your account balance, but winnings derived from voided bets will not be honored.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute material breaches of these Terms. Engaging in any prohibited activity will result in immediate account suspension or termination and forfeiture of funds:

• Fraudulent Activity: Providing false information during registration, using stolen payment methods, or attempting to defraud eem777 or other players.
• Money Laundering: Using the Service to launder money or disguise the source of funds derived from illegal activity.
• Multiple Accounts: Creating more than one account to abuse bonuses, manipulate game outcomes, or circumvent account restrictions.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage, including chip dumping, soft play, or sharing hand information in poker games.
• Underage Gambling: Creating an account or using the Service if you are under 21 years of age.
• Account Sharing: Allowing another person to use your account or sharing your login credentials with third parties.
• Chargebacks: Initiating chargebacks or payment disputes without first contacting eem777 support to resolve the issue. Unauthorized chargebacks will result in permanent account closure.
• Abusive Behavior: Engaging in abusive, harassing, or threatening behavior toward eem777 staff or other players via live chat, email, or social media.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.3 Third-Party Services

eem777 is not responsible for the actions, policies, or services of third-party payment processors, game providers, or other external partners. Any disputes with third parties must be resolved directly with those parties.

9.4 Maximum Liability

In no event shall eem777's total liability to you exceed the amount of funds in your account balance at the time the claim arises. This limitation applies to all claims, whether based in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other legal theory.

10. Account Termination and Suspension

10.1 Termination by eem777

eem777 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Grounds for termination include but are not limited to: breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, failure to complete identity verification, prolonged account inactivity, or behavior deemed harmful to the integrity of the Service.

10.2 Voluntary Account Closure

You may close your account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon account closure, any remaining balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of wagering requirements and identity verification. Bonuses and pending bets will be forfeited.

10.3 Self-Exclusion

As part of our Responsible Gaming commitment, eem777 offers self-exclusion options. You may self-exclude for periods of 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, or permanently. During self-exclusion, your account will be locked, and you will not be able to deposit, wager, or access your account. Self-exclusion is irreversible during the chosen period. 10.4 Dormant Accounts

Accounts inactive for 12 consecutive months are considered dormant. eem777 reserves the right to charge a monthly dormancy fee of ₱500 or 5% of the remaining balance, whichever is lower, until the account balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated. You will be notified via email before dormancy fees are applied.

11. Dispute Resolution

11.1 Complaints Procedure

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding the Service, you must first contact eem777 support at [email protected] with a detailed description of the issue, relevant account information, and any supporting documentation. We will investigate and respond within 5 business days.

11.2 Escalation

11.3 Arbitration

Any disputes that cannot be resolved through eem777's internal complaints procedure shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. (PDRCI) in Metro Manila, Philippines. The arbitration shall be conducted in English, and the decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties.

11.4 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Metro Manila, Philippines, for any legal proceedings arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Service.

12. Changes to Terms and Conditions

eem777 reserves the right to modify, amend, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the eem777 website. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of updates. Continued use of the Service after changes have been posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

Material changes to these Terms, such as modifications to payment terms, withdrawal policies, or bonus conditions, will be communicated via email and/or prominent notice on the website. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must cease using the Service and close your account.

13. General Provisions

13.1 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.

13.2 Waiver

13.3 Assignment

You may not assign, transfer, or delegate your rights or obligations under these Terms without eem777's prior written consent. eem777 may assign these Terms or any rights or obligations hereunder without restriction.

13.4 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and eem777 regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and representations, whether written or oral.
